Service Description

• Design Consultation: a 10min remote consultation to help define your style and unique vision. We will decide on a location, date, clothing, and other options that work best for your photography needs. • Up to 2 outfit changes • Up to 45 min of photography outdoors or at the location of your choice in the greater metro region. • Photo Reveal - during this remote reveal we will review all of your edited images and help you decide on your final images for your order, and you can let us know if you have any retouching requests. • 2 images of your choice retouched and delivered digitally as a: - low-resolution file for web applications and monitor viewing - high-res file with printing rights and small business reproduction rights * Additional images may be purchased at $125 each OR 5 or more for $90. each OR all for $1500 *Professional Hair & Makeup Artist available, please inquire for more details

Cancellation Policy

Any change of date & time must be approved by Nicole Nichols Photography, LLC. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 14 days before your scheduled session date. The photo session may be rescheduled within six months, and the payment and contract terms would transfer to the new booking date. Any changes less than 14 days prior will forfeit 100% of booking session fee, except for in the case of unforeseen forces outside of our control approved by Nicole Nichols Photography, LLC. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. at no additional costs to the Client. In the event that the client fails to show at the agreed upon time or cancels the contracted services the session fee retainer will be forfeited. Cancellations or no-call/no-shows within 72hrs of session will incur a $195 cancellation fee + session fee retainer is forfeited. While we can typically fit you into our studio for a boudoir session with a 2 weeks notice, we do recommend booking 1-3 months in advance to give yourself ample time to go through the whole experience and fully prepare for your session.
