Cancelation Policy

Any change of date & time must be approved by Nicole Nichols Photography, LLC. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 14 days before your scheduled session date. The photo session may be rescheduled within six months, and the payment and contract terms would transfer to the new booking date. Any changes less than 14 days prior will forfeit 100% of booking session fee, except for in the case of unforeseen forces outside of our control approved by Nicole Nichols Photography, LLC. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. at no additional costs to the Client. In the event that the client fails to show at the agreed upon time or cancels the contracted services the session fee retainer will be forfeited. Cancellations or no-call/no-shows within 72hrs of session will incur a $195 cancellation fee + session fee retainer is forfeited.
