For so many of us women, shame has been taught to us and feared by us. It has been woven into our lives since before we even understood what it all meant. And for many of us we reach a time in our lives (that was 40 for me) when we start to question society's direction. And a voice inside starts whispering louder and louder, “there's more to life, It’s time” Time to let go, to leave your old self behind, and to live more freely.
