Aliyah is having a milestone 16th birthday this year. To celebrate her family is throwing her a Sweet Sixteen party and capturing this important time in her life with fresh new portraits. I met up with Aliyah, her mom, and her two best friends in Denver a couple of weeks ago for her portrait session. The weather was chilly but turned out to be nicer then expected so we were able to get some pictures in the studio as well as outdoors. We had fun playing with the different outfits & backdrops, then I convinced both her friends to jump in for a couple pictures as well.
