When I was in New Orleans last month I was fortunate to be in town at the same time my cousin was visiting from Kentucky. We scheduled a photo shoot with her husband and 6 month old son Alec in the comfort of his grandparent’s home in Covington, Louisianan where they were staying. The large lot of land and grove of pine trees made for a perfect background for outdoor pictures.

And since it was chilly day in the 30’s it was nice to easily be able to go inside for lots of warming up breaks.

Alec’s mother as well her parents are all huge LSU football fans. So naturally Alec is one now too, and there was lots of Louisiana State blankets and tiger toys for Alec’s baby pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t have any Georgia Bulldogs paraphernalia to please Alec’s father, but thankfully he’s also supportive of LSU.
