Ms. J was a true delight to have in the studio. Of course like most people she was a little nervous at first. But once we started her photo shoot her confidence glowed. Ms.J’s calm and peaceful presence and willingness to try new ideas made it an all around fun experience. Ms.J decided to do this boudoir session because she recently lost weight and was looking to show off her hard work with some fun sexy boudoir pictures, so we worked together to do just that. Why did you want to do this photo shoot?
I wanted to do this photo shoot for fun. After losing a ton of weight by going vegan a few years back, it felt like a good time to express myself differently & have some fun.
Why did you choose Nicole Nichols Photography for your photography?
I poked around her website & thought to myself ‘why not take a chance & go for it!?’ Her work looked professional & she was open to many types of people.
What was your favorite part of the boudoir experience?
The makeup and posing were a lot of fun. Of course, reviewing the pictures afterwards was fun, too!
How did this make you feel following the session, did it help with your self-confidence and body image?
I felt great! Seeing myself in difference forms is always healing and offers opportunity to see growth.
What would you tell other ladies that are on the fence about doing a similar type of photo shoot?
Just do it!!! Don’t take it so seriously. You’re beautiful & it’s great to see yourself in a different way. There’s so many different types of sexy & these shoots can help you find your sexy.
