I’m so excited to share Ms.A’s pictures from her boudoir session in New Orleans. This single momma of two has overcome so much and I’m so proud of her for treating herself and celebrating her 40th birthday with an empowering photo session.
“I turned 40 and wanted to document the big life change. I wanted to feel beautiful and strong as a 40-year-old woman. Nicole makes every single woman she takes photos of look and feel beautiful and amazing!” – Ms.A
We started off her photoshoot with some classic lingerie photos indoors and then we took off to the streets of the French Quarter! It was definitely a fun adventure walking around the French Quarter taking pictures in lingerie, but hey- it’s New Orleans, the perfect city to let loose, bare some skin, and have some fun! We may have attracted a few admirers but for the most part, most people didn’t even bat an eye.
“My favorite part of the experience with Nicole was how comfortable she made me and how much fun we had walking through the French Quarter taking pictures and finding nooks and crannies to change my clothes in. We had so much fun!” – Ms.A
We did have to duck into a parking garage for an outfit change, and barely escaped getting locked in, lol, but it all worked out. For the next outfit change, I’m so glad we decided to grab a drink and use the bathrooms at a little hole-in-the-wall bar. It turned out this tiny little bar had a tiny little courtyard. It was filled with boxes and junk but the extremely nice bartender cleaned it up for us so we could use it for pictures. I love it when things randomly work out like that!

The suite I use for boudoir photoshoots in New Orleans has an awesome rooftop perfect for pictures too! There’s even a small pool that would be great for photos but we didn’t get a chance to try it out. Next time I’m in New Orleans, I’ll have to add it to my shot list for sure!
