I love hearing stories of how people met & fell in love when they least expected it. Jaye was in a sorority in college and Stephen swore he would never date a sorority girl. Yet he made an exception for Jaye, they fell in love, and now they are getting married this weekend with a wedding at Highlands Ranch Mansion!
fun engagement pictures around Santa Fe Arts District
For their engagement session this past summer they wanted to do some fun urban photos around downtown Denver. Since they are both fans of beer breweries I took them to one of my favorite local breweries that has a garage door wall they open when the weather is nice. It is also located in the Santa Fe Arts District which has lots of colorful walls & grungy graffiti spots for unique artistic pictures. After a round of drinks we then headed downtown to Larimer Square and just strolled around goofing off and taking lots of pictures. I always love the challenge of doing night portraits, and downtown Denver has so many city lights it worked great for their photo shoot.

Jaye & Stephen are certainly an adventurous fun loving couple and they kept me entertained all night….seriously I think my mouth & head was hurting when I got home from laughing so much! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this weekend, knowing this couple I’m sure its going to be full of lots of laughs and good times!
