What is your wedding philosophy? My goal is to document those unique moment of your day while also creating beautiful artistic pictures you will cherish forever! Weddings only happen once (well, hopefully!) so I make sure to get everything planned out well in advance to help your wedding day run as smooth as possible. I observe like a hawk, move like a ninja, and shoot like a sniper….or so I’ve been told. My attitude always stays positive and helpful, and the camera doesn’t leave my side till I’m driving away, doing my best to not miss a moment. Meticulous care is taken with your memories, as I spend an average of 50 hours processing your wedding images from the first edit to the final retouching for your custom designed wedding album.
And what about the other photographers and the rest of your staff? Most of the photographers I work with have been shooting with me for 5-6 years now, and are not only amazingly talented but a joy to have on my team. I also have a handful of assistants that help out at weddings when needed, as well as help with production to make sure we get everything delivered on time as promised. All of my staff is not only well-trained but each selected on their positive energy and great attitude.

How many weddings do you do a year? I only photograph 15-20 weddings each year to allow myself time to give my brides the full attention and superior service that they deserve. This also allows me time to focus on my other photography passions – portraiture and fine art photography. I develop lasting relationships with my clients and want to have the time to also document their growing lives together from baby pictures to family reunions.
What is your experience with weddings? My first wedding was in 2005 and I have photographed about 200 weddings (I lost count after 100) since then. I still look forward to each & every one. Being able to capture such important once in a lifetime moments while creating beautiful works of art is truly my passion. I put my heart and soul into this passion to deliver the most outstanding images and best photography service I can possibly provide. Also, as a recent bride myself I know how difficult the wedding planning process can be so I am also happy to help where I can with referrals and your time line.

Are you currently located in New Orleans or Denver? I was born and raised in New Orleans (LSU alumni!) and have been living in Denver since Hurricane Katrina. I so spend most of my time here in Colorado but still travel back to New Orleans numerous times a year to photograph weddings and visit my family. There is no additional travel fee for me to come to New Orleans, but with the costs of travel and being that I typically stay 7-12 days at a time I can only do a limited amount of destination weddings a year.
Do you do LGBT/ gay weddings? Of course! Everyone is equal in my eyes no matter your race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

Keep in Mind… Choosing the right photographer is important to capture your memories to last you a lifetime and beyond.
